Preliminary results from Rouen
The League by John SjostrandA messy start to the race meant the first red flag for several years being called on the race and a restart was soon up.
Many couldn't handle their fast cars on this tricky track so the casualties were plenty. Only seven cars took the chequered flag but top 15 gets points as usual.
Next race on October 27 is held on Paul Ricard, a great track to drive with these cars, so see you there!

Race X2 at Imola on September 15
The League by John SjostrandOn monday September 15, the second race of the season will take place. Having ferrari on top in both drivers and teams championship and now going to their home track puts a bit of pressure on the other probable title contenders.

41 laps will be driven under the italian sun and we can probably expect that not all will finish the race. Hopefully more drivers will be able to finish than at the first race where only a few cars managed to take the chequered flag. However, now the drivers have been able to put in a few more practice laps and should feel more comfortable in their 1988 Formula One machines!
Info about the race and server is found in our forum. Click here> (must be logged in)

Andy von Gerard wins chaotic race in Brazil!
The League by John SjostrandAndy von Gerard (UK) won the opening race of the season after having fought within half a second for most of the race with Jaakko Mikkonen (FIN). Joze Rozman (SLV) took the third step on the podium.
Only eight cars finished the race as there were a lot of incidents on the track and drivers losing control.
Best brazilian was Cesar Hauer, while Huggo Aquino did a Rubens and failed miserably on his home track.
For next race in two weeks, control should be better as we move to a track everyone knows a lot better - Imola. Hopefully we will have a larger field there as well!

Standings are updated but they are provisional, pending possible protests.
